I am out of network with all insurances. I can, however, give you an itemized receipt for services called a “superbill.” After our first session, you may present this receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Some insurances will cover all or part of your bill once you submit this “super bill” receipt. Others, however, may not be willing to cover your private pay. Please submit the superbill after our first session for confirmation of what your carrier can compensate.
I charge $175 for individual and caregiver coaching sessions, and $200 for family sessions.
How Does Payment Work?
I accept online credit card payment methods.
What Services Do You Provide/Are You Accepting New Clients?
I am currently accepting clients. I specialize in individual, family, and caregiver coaching sessions. I am especially trained to see youth 13+. Please see the “about me” bio page for a more in-depth explanation of service experience.
Are Sessions In-Person, Virtual, or Both?
I offer both, and we can work together to figure out a good fit for you!
I also provide a free, optional, 15-minute initial phone consult so we can first determine if we might make a good fit. To schedule this consult, just follow the same process noted above and email or call me so we can find a good time to schedule together. Alternatively, click here to schedule your consult now.
What Are Your Office Hours?
I see clients on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9am-6pm, with the office closed between 1pm and 2pm for lunch.
How Often Will I Have Appointments?
My goal is to schedule in such a way that you are left feeling well equipped to meet your treatment objectives. I typically offer ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly session frequencies.
You’re also welcome to call during the week to see if there are any additional appointment times open.
My office is located within the Coherence Wellness Centerprofessional building. There you will find ample free parking, a waiting area, and convenient check-in. I can also provide Telehealth services remotely anywhere in Washington.
Are You ADA Accessible?
Absolutely! And there is a back entrance to my office which makes my office even more accessible for those with mobility concerns, physical impairments, and/or injuries.
